Ive been working with Certus Group over the past 5 years acting as their outsourced marketing manager.
Below are examples of various strategy, planning, programatic activities and reporting documents for perusal.
Planning
Each year we begin with a playback on past investments, activities and results.
Data points are presented based on
current landscape and trends
strategy and tactics
performance of channels and activity
pipeline and revenue targets
platforms and capability
gaps and opportunities
From here, I am briefed on a divisions business strategy - in this case Certus Digital, part of Certus Group.
We then move into visualising where revenue will come from thus starting to build distinct work streams which align to Account sales plans.
Next step is strategy, KPI development, activities and budgets for board approvals



Once all approved I head into activity plan and handover brief development for the Aamplify team.
